The program emphasises peer coaching labs, reflective supervision, and case-based learning. You’ll also coach real teams as part of your practicum—applying what you learn in authentic, high-stakes environments.
Facilitated by Master Coach Jaya Bhateja (MCC) and supported by guest faculty from global contexts, the course includes perspectives from systemic thinking, emotional intelligence, and organisational development.
